How It All Began
Cutting his teeth on an emerging dance music scene in 1997, the Canadian born, Pat Osiris was one of the oddities that didn’t hold himself to a specific genre. A buzzing combination of melodic trance coupled with house and drum and bass was his poison of choice. A move to Chicago in 2004 catapulted him in to the house music scene. Meeting up and joining Eclectic Grooves, Pat established a weekly residency with “Static Thursday” run by Kenn Knex as well as a quarterly show on the 88.1FM WCRX radio.
Chicago was also another avenue for Pat to showcase his mixing abilities. In 2004 Pat also met Joseph CR Vourteque. The duo embarked monthly from Chicago to Milwaukee Wisconsin for a residency at THREE where they revived euro dance classics. Wisconsin also brought the first festival booking for Pat at Blue Shift 2 in Black River Falls, playing all three days on three separate stages. In 2005, Pat Osiris played a guest set for an Ultra Music Festival 8 after party at Bamboo in South Beach Miami. Pat also opened for the legendary Derrick Carter at Spybar Chicago in 2006.
In 2007 Pat made a long journey to the island of Guam, where he held a residency at a local beach bar. While in Guam, he was able to play for audiences in Cairns Australia, Sasebo Japan, Fukoaka Japan, Suncheon South Korea, and Busan South Korea.
2012 brought Pat back to his home state of Michigan where he finished his Bachelors Degree. In 2014 Pat reconnected with Ben Davis (Dj Subjekt 51) of 10db Media and began working with 10db. This brought Pat to the side stages of Movement and Electric Forest. Playing for over 6 hours each day of the festivals, he kept the music going in the Tech area of Movement and the Electric Glen in the forest in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Pat is also the founder and head of Bad Table Manners Detroit. Bad Table Manners is a collective of DJ's and producers from around the world, all with a very similar vision of the music world and how music can and does have a positive impact on the human existence. Live shows as well as Twitch streams for Manic Mondays, his own Sunday show Family Dinner, as well as music production have all been his laser focus recently.
Pat has provided support for legendary acts including The Crystal Method, Bad Boy Bill, Codes, Volac, Sacha Robotti, Dantiez Saunderson, Black Gummy, BT, Mz Worthy, Weiss, BroHug, UZ, KJ Sawka, Sam Divine, Gettoblaster and more
